Privacy Policy

Haven Ark is a members-only learning platform for people enrolled in our trading courses. It is available as a website and as an Android app. This policy covers both — they are the same service and the same data.

The platform is not open to the public. Accounts are created by our team for enrolled members; there is no public sign-up.

Only what the platform needs to work:

• Your name — so we and your mentors know who you are.
• Your email address — this is how you sign in. There is no password; we email you a 6-digit code.
• Your phone number — optional, and only if it was given at enrolment.
• Your progress through lessons — how far into a recording you have watched, so it resumes where you left off, and whether you have finished it.
• Which announcements you have read, and which channels you have muted.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, files, or anything from other apps on your device. The app asks for no runtime permissions at all.

• We do not sell your data, and we never have.
• We do not share it with advertisers, and we show no ads.
• We run no analytics or tracking of any kind — no Google Analytics, no advertising SDKs, no third-party trackers in the app or on the site.
• We do not use your data to train anything.

Account details and progress are stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted by Neon, on servers in the United States. Course recordings and handouts are stored on Cloudflare R2. The site and app are served from Vercel.

Login codes are sent by email through Resend. Your email address is shared with Resend only for the purpose of delivering that message.

Those four companies process data on our behalf so the service can run. Nobody else receives your information.

When you enter your email, we send a 6-digit code that is valid for 10 minutes. Entering it correctly signs you in for 30 days, after which you sign in again. We never store a password, because there isn't one.

Course videos and handouts are served over links that expire after a few minutes, so they cannot be shared outside the platform.

For as long as you have an account. Delete your account and it goes with it — see below.

You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from your profile page. Open Profile, scroll to Delete account, and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. It removes your name, email, phone number, watch progress, batch access and announcement read state. It cannot be undone, and it does not refund a course — if you delete your account and later want back in, an admin has to re-add you.

If you cannot sign in to do this, email havenarkmarketing@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.

Haven Ark is intended for adults enrolled in our courses and is not directed at children under 13.

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who we share it with, we will update the date at the top and announce it in the app.
